Initial steps: Inquiry and Alignment.
From the initial phone call or meeting with you, we would like to get a good understanding of your goals and purpose for the project. We will research and analyze your competitors and your project itself in detail so that our approaches can be aligned accordingly. Once all expectations are clear on what needs to be done from both sides before moving forward there is a (25% deposit required), then begins phase one- researching and assessment!

What are the target groups of people you want to reach with this product or service - both current and potential clients/customers; we will define the strategy by answering these vital questions. We then will define all the details like logos, branding elements (UX / UI), coding practices programming, etc, so that when it comes time to launch your product everything flows smoothly!
Customer Care: Optimization and Aftercare.
Think of optimization as a way to fine-tune your product for maximum performance and engagement. For example, by researching the analytics we can see what features are most popular with users. Maintenance includes updating content or fixing errors to maintain quality while being online; further development could involve adding new functionality when appropriate based on the feedback from customers and end users who employ these products every day.
The price of our services starts at 70 EURO per
hour. This rate can vary depending on factors like
the seniority and composition of the team, as well
as important milestones or deliverables that need to
be completed for your project's timeline.
The amount of time we spend on a project will have an impact on your final rate and the product price is directly related to the scope, resources, and timeline needed to complete a project.
The process begins with an in-depth analysis of your
brand, your competition, and your customer needs. We
use this information to create a budget and a
timeline that is customized for you. After the
budget estimation has been approved, we require a
25% deposit before the project can begin.
Invoicing is based on regular time reports (we call them sprints and the period of each one varies - usually around 2 weeks to 1 month). We believe that this approach provides our clients with an easy way to both track progress, as well as stay within budget.
We always have a clear idea of what the project will cost from our end before we get started. And if things are going over budget, it's standard procedure for us to discuss this with you beforehand so there aren't any surprises along the way and your expectations stay on track throughout production!
